It is recommended to read the User Agreement containing the terms, rules, and legal responsibilities below before using http://www.trueshepherdco.com/ ("Site"). The subject of these User Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is to determine the membership conditions (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Member") to benefit from the website http://www.trueshepherdco.com/ and all services therein, including portals and content.

If the specified terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the www.trueshepherdco.com website. By using the site and filling out the form where your personal information will be included, you are deemed to have accepted the written terms on these pages.

The web pages on our site and all affiliated pages at www.trueshepherdco.com are owned by AHMET ECMEL ÖZÇOBAN ("Company") and operated by him.

By using all the services offered on the site, users agree to the following terms, and by benefiting from and continuing to use the services on the site:

1. Usage and Security Rules

www.trueshepherdco.com is open to all members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.

In the following cases, the site management may block the member's site usage, and reserves the legal rights against individuals or entities involved in the following attempts:

a. Recording information on the site that is incorrect, irregular, incomplete, misleading, containing expressions contrary to general moral rules, and conflicting with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

b. Unauthorized copying of site content in whole or in part.

c. Any damages arising directly from the sharing (use by persons other than the user) of user-provided or self-selected information such as usernames, passwords, usage rights with third parties or organizations are the direct responsibility of the User.

Likewise, the User cannot use other users' personal information such as IP addresses, email addresses, usernames available on the Internet, nor can they access or use them without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted all kinds of legal and criminal liabilities arising from such use.

d. Use of software that threatens the security of the site, prevents the operation of the site and the software used, activities, attempts to obtain information, delete, modify, or alter information.

2. Responsibilities

a. The information of users who visit www.trueshepherdco.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked to better serve them.

b. www.trueshepherdco.com users can start using www.trueshepherdco.com after completing the required sections for registration, confirming their email address, and agreeing to the terms specified in this agreement by entering their email address and password.

c. When using www.trueshepherdco.com website and services, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decree-Laws on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, Civil Code, other relevant legislation, and any announcements and notifications that www.trueshepherdco.com may publish regarding its services.

Any legal, criminal, and financial liability arising from the use contrary to these notifications and laws is the responsibility of the User.

d. In case the User is found not to comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules specified on www.trueshepherdco.com, the User's use of www.trueshepherdco.com may be temporarily or permanently suspended and/or their account may be closed by www.trueshepherdco.com.

e. The User cannot engage in actions that prevent or hinder other users or visitors from using www.trueshepherdco.com, install automatic programs on servers or databases, or attempt to force them. The User cannot attempt fraud. In case of such attempts, the User accepts the termination of their membership and accepts all kinds of legal and criminal liability that may arise.

f. The User cannot delete or remove Copyright, Trademark, and all kinds of notes within the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works on any material copied or printed from www.trueshepherdco.com.

g. Membership cancellation and account deletion process can be done by the user through www.trueshepherdco.com. The user who terminates his/her membership will have his/her login authority revoked from the site. The person who cancels the membership accepts that this process is irreversible.

h. The relationships of the site users with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

i. Different rules and obligations specific to certain parts of the site may be specified. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

j. To read about the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users, please read the "Privacy Policy" and "Disclosure Statement" sections.

k. The User acknowledges and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) they will use for purchases on the site is correct, and that they accept and undertake the legal and criminal liabilities arising from them.

3. Termination of the Contract

a. This agreement will remain in effect until the membership of the member is canceled or canceled by the Company. If the Company detects any breach of the terms of the membership agreement by the member, it may cancel the membership of the member and unilaterally terminate the agreement.

b. If the Company becomes aware that a Member or any user has violated the membership conditions, it will inform the Member and request that the violation be corrected. If the Member does not correct the violation within 24 hours following the Company's request, the Company may suspend all or part of the Member's use of the services until the violation is corrected.

c. If the Company reasonably believes that (a) the use of the Services by the Member or any user may adversely affect other customers or end users of the Services or the use of the Company's network or servers used to provide the Services; (b) unauthorized third-party access to the Services is suspected; (c) immediate suspension is reasonably believed to be necessary to comply with any applicable law, the Company may immediately suspend all or part of the Member's use of the Services. When the circumstances leading to the suspension of the services are eliminated, the Company will lift such suspensions. Upon the request of the Member, the Company will notify the Member of the reason for the suspension as soon as possible, unless prohibited by applicable law.

4. Privacy

The Company values the security of personal information and data and takes all necessary precautions in this regard. By using the Site, Members agree, declare, and undertake to behave in accordance with these privacy provisions. These privacy provisions will be valid in all sections of the Site.

The protection of users' information and privacy is the Company's top priority. Therefore, the information provided by Members will not be used for any purpose other than the rules and purposes specified in the contract, and will not be shared with third parties.

The Company will not share, sell, or allow the use of personal data and information transmitted to it except for the purposes disclosed in connection with the collection of information, and the purposes specified in the Information Text, in any way and under any circumstances.

5. Force Majeure

If the obligations arising from the contract become impossible to fulfill due to reasons (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Force Majeure") such as natural disasters, fires, explosions, civil wars, wars, uprisings, mobilization declarations, strikes, lockouts, and epidemic diseases, infrastructure, internet, and cyber failures, power outages, the parties are not responsible. During this period, the rights and obligations arising from this Agreement will be suspended.

6. Integrity and Applicability of the Contract

If any provision of these terms of the agreement becomes partially or completely invalid, the remainder of the contract will continue to be valid.

7. Changes to the Contract

The Company may change the services offered on the site and the terms of this agreement in whole or in part at any time. The changes will be effective from the date they are published on the site. It is the responsibility of the User to follow these changes. By continuing to use the services offered, the User is deemed to have accepted these changes.

8. Evidence Agreement

In any dispute that may arise between the parties regarding the transactions related to this agreement, the Company's books, records, and documents, as well as computer records and fax records, will be accepted as evidence in accordance with Article 6100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and the User agrees not to object to these records.

9. Notification Addresses

a. The www.trueshepherdco.com website does not request mailing addresses from its users in advance.

However, the email address notified by the user to www.trueshepherdco.com is accepted as the legal address for any notifications related to this agreement.

b. Unless changes are notified in writing to the other party within 3 (three) days, requests made to old email addresses will be considered valid.

c. Any notification sent by www.trueshepherdco.com using the registered email address of the user will be deemed to have reached the user one (1) day after the email is sent by www.trueshepherdco.com. The User declares, accepts, and undertakes that he has read, understood, and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement, and confirmed the accuracy of the information provided about himself.

10. Dispute Resolution and Effectiveness

In resolving any disputes arising from or interpreting this Agreement, Istanbul Anatolian Judicial Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

The Member's registration implies that the Member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force mutually at the moment the Member becomes a member.
