APPLICATION FORM FOR THE SUBJECT OF THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA NO. 6698
Please fill out the following application form completely and clearly in order for your request to be fulfilled by our Company Ahmet Ecmel Özçoban ("Company") in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
We will respond to your application as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request.
If the information and documents you provide are incomplete or unclear, we will contact you to clarify your application.
For the purpose of eliminating legal risks arising from unlawful and unfair data sharing and especially ensuring the security of your personal data, our Company reserves the right to request additional documents and information for identification and authorization.
Our Company does not accept responsibility for incorrect information or unauthorized applications regarding your application, or for any legal responsibilities arising from unlawful, misleading, or incorrect applications. According to the Regulation on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, if our response to your application exceeds 10 pages, an operation fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page after the 10th page.
In this context, applications to our Company made "in writing" can be sent to us by:

- Through a notary,
- By sending documents proving the identity of the applicant to our Company's email address by the applicant.
